I want to share with my readers the things I have done that have helped my life become a stable life. It has been a quite a journey to find joy in life that has a steady and secure stream as a source. I had to be very dedicated and persistent to not give up, on the ideals of what I envisioned being a joyful life. My ideals laid specific on achievement of a permanent mental state that was stable and had a profound sense of satisfaction with life. I am elated to contribute my nonpublic private techniques and explain more in detail how they work. I am craving to give a helping hand until this day dreaming to achieve the overall stability that I have accomplished.

Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):

I started using this method of relaxing my nervous system after I started suffering from constant anxiety attacks and general anxiety. I had a consultation with a mood specialist that was a psychiatrist and she said I may never recover from having post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and general anxiety. That diagnosis was alarming to me, to say the least. I thought, to myself : I have to take matters into my own hands and not leave this to see where life takes me.

I was not completely convinced to take medication that was prescribed, because deep down my gut told me that would not me a permanent solution. I was unable to trust the medication, because the instructions said I could not stop taking them unless I was given instructions on how to slow the dosage and come off from it completely.

Having so little control over the medication, not being able to stop taking it right away if I disliked the effects was scary to me. Also, knowing that the medication would alter my brain forever, felt like I could lose something forever and not recover it. For instance, if it made me lose memory of events or had any negative changes in my brain that I can not come back from. Having no control over these factors made me be very weary about taking the medication route.

I am a more holistic or neuropath type of person. I like trying things that are more on the natural side and that you have full control over how much and how often you try things. Having full control in my new remedies helps me feel at ease and more trusting. I am also able to modify the intensity or dosage of things depending on how high or low the results start to become evident. I am my own judge and my own instructor in my personal healing, remember we all find our own healing for everything in life. This is because we are all different and make our own path of what works and how much of anything works best for us.

I started to use Emotional Freedom Techniques after I was introduced by it with a program that helped domestic violence victims.  I really paid no attention to it, I did it with not much interest to measure its results. Until I stopped taking the program half-way though it and stumbled into videos online that explained the benefits of using this technique. Then, when I discovered it by my own merit did I really start searching for more answers about this method.

I realized why this method was so important to recover from any type of violence people live. May it be verbal, emotional, physical, or psychological. The body remembers how you felt when you recall any traumatizing events, you relive physically those memories as if they were happening in real life all over again. This method helps your body relax while you recall these events and that helps you see them as only a memory and not your present situation.

The events live only live as a distant memory now, not as a present threat. This was what helped my anxiety attacks subside. Then using the next methods I was able to recover completely and not experience my PTSD symptoms again.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis:

I was watching a video on YouTube by Marissa Peer about being careful with the words we speak to ourselves. She started to instruct to breath deeply than she gave instructions and then finished with an affirmation of considering what she asked to be done and then made a snap sound.

I felt heavy in my body, as if I was in deep sleep and could feel my body floating. I could hear everyone around me, I could talk but I felt heavy like when you are in deep sleep. This state of mind is one that you are in when you sleep, it is used to program your brain. I felt like a switch flipped, and I was in a positive mental state after the heaviness wore off. Like if my brain was following the instructions about being constructive.

I was amazed, to learn that we have tools to basically drive where we want to take our brain, instead of letting our brain do what it wants. Which is mostly auto-destructive if left in autopilot. It usually had daily patterns of what it thinks over and over.

Affirmations with Sound Waves

Affirmations with sound waves:

After being open to the idea of hypnosis, someone in my network of friends from the platform I created this site Wealthy Affiliate viewed the topic of my website and told me about a product I could recommend on my site. I had to try it before I could recommend it and have been using it for three months now, it has completely changed me to using only %5 percent of my brain to using it to its full capacity %100. Many people have heard about it, like I did even in movie like Limitless.

What this product offers is affirmations which are basically instructions for your brain to become proactive and sound waves that help you enter the deepest state of mind only accomplished during sleep. This two combinations are the best and most effective I have encountered, in the 10 years of research on self-help techniques and books.

As I began using it, I started to feel my thought patterns started to shift into creating solutions to make any ideas come to life. I also started to notice that I would not remain stuck in negative emotions for long, I would self monitor my thoughts and start replacing negative thoughts with energizing and uplifting thoughts. I also, started to see things that seemed to out of my comfort zone as something I was willing to let go of my fears. Tasks that seemed too hard to accomplish now seem doable and I feel inspired to do things in small quantities at a time.

Immunotec

Immunotec:

I heard my mother speak about taking some supplements in powder, and did not pay much attention at first. I thought that because I took organic supplements I was already doing the best I could in that area. I had no idea that there was something else out there that could be better than just being organic.

She started telling me stories about my athletic brother performing better at his physical activities and sleeping well at night. That is something that took me by surprise, since my brother had been suffering from insomnia for the last four years. Then she told me three members of my family joined in one month after hearing my grandma who has suffered from diabetes for the last 10 years has improved completely from the symptoms of snoozing off during the day due to her illness. All this radical improvements in my families health brought me to do more research on this product.

I have discovered it is unique to all supplement due to one element that allows the nutrients to be absorbed in its totality by our cells. I am eager to share more information regarding the absorption of nutrients, I can provide a link for a video that has to be downloaded. It was too large to be uploaded here but here is the link. In regard to the brand and more about the company there is a video in YouTube I can guide you to see through this link. If this is a product you are want to try yourself I can help you and guide you thru the process as your sponsor. You can email me to oapc@zupurbly.com for more information regarding this product.

Hi Adalene I just visited your site and found your content on “Have No Fear of Being Yourself” a very valuable article. I like the explanations, you gave about one discounting fear from life. To that, I will add my opinion to your content by stating that fear is a natural emotion. It is part of our conscious self. But on the other side of fear is freedom. Freedom to be whom you are without being afraid of offending anyone or being judged by anyone.

I believe that as humans we have a good and bad kind of fear. It is when you discover what makes you fearful, and why, then you can find the courage to face the fear in that area. But the fact is that for any of us to be free to express our real person and to live our purpose for life, we have to live beyond the unhealthy fears that want to limit or hinder us from achieving our goals or dreams in life.

Fear can serve as a two-edged sword. For instance, fear can help you plan for your exam, it will help you to prepare adequately for a job interview,  or presentation, in that sense, fear has a positive result. But in contrast, some people can allow fear to paralyze their progress because they don’t know how to face or challenge their fears as you rightly explained.

I like your advice about one expanding joy. That’s true because, taking your life too seriously, will drain out your positive emotions. But doing things that makes you feel happy and alive, will fuel your energy, and keep your immunity normal. Nothing can stop you from living your best life if you refuse to allow it.

    Good job!

Your approach to Emotional Freedom is very refreshing. I like the way you emphasize the avoidance of chemical medication and focus on exploring a variety of other techniques to improve your mental well being. Do you also have any external help to assist you and give objective feedback on your progress?  Are you using self Hypnosis or professional administered? I was wondering if the application technique would have any effect on the final results from your perspective. Do include any physical activity or exertion to influence your emotional being.

      Hi,

Thank you for asking any questions that came to mind as you read this article. Yes, I used to attend a therapist, read self-help books, listen to audios on daily basis that were positive. Those methods did help momentarily, but soon after would go back to my old thinking patterns. I was very frustrated with not being able to improve no matter how hard I tried. Until I stumbled upon information regarding, reprogramming our subconscious mind. After listening to audios every night for a month I started seen result.

I started to volunteer and give more because I felt better with myself, people around me could tell I was changing the way I reacted to situations. I used self hypnosis with the videos mentioned in the post. In the first months that I started working on these methods, I did not include much physical activity. My mental wellness was slowly becoming stable. It took about three months to start regular physical light activity. Now after 5 months of using these methods, I include rigorous physical activity every two days and light long walks in between.

Thank you again for all your inquiries, I am excited to answer them.

I like the way you explained each method with the measure of your own personal experience, your approach to techniques to achieving overall stability is so amazing, its good to learn that I have the tools to basically drive in where i want to take my brain, instead of letting my  brain do what it wants. managing anxiety with drugs may cause a fatal complications that the patience may never recover from. A woman in my neighborhood have been suffering from anxiety each time I saw her I will feel  pity for her.
Thank God I came across this site, I will recommend it to her I just hope it will work for her too.
What  is the duration with which one can start seing the result? Looking forward to your kind responds. I lo e this topic and how great your review is, I will follow up your site for more educational review on this topic. Thanks for sharing.

      Hi,

Thank you for sharing how you enjoy reading about the techniques based on my personal experience. It was one of the hardest challenges in my life, but also the most rewarding to accomplish. I am so eager to share with others my how attempted and what worked best for me after years of exploring answers.

I understand your anguish for your neighbor, it is so difficult to see someone else suffer anxiety because you feel powerless to help. The person with this condition feels like there in a hole that they can’t come out of alone, specially if they either have no support system or the people who surround you take them for blowing things out or proportion or don’t give you the understanding and support they need to overcome their challenges.

It is my pleasure to help and from my experience. The method that I found most effective was the affirmations with sound waves, after using is a month I saw a shift and it only kept improving after that. I try to listen to it every other night, even though I no longer suffer from anxiety. This just helps speed up the process of achieving any personal goals. It helps redirect your mind to create new ideas to accomplish goals and also helps you to not remain stuck in any emotional slump you may fall into.

I just added a subscription box because I was thinking readers might want to have a way to save my website and read the latest posts. Now that you mentioned it, seemed like perfect timing to set it up. I will be happy to keep you in the loop of my most current writing.

      Thank you,

Thank you for your transparent narrative.  This has helped me to understand more about a family member’s anxiety.  I have never experienced any real anxiety issues in my life.  I am amazed to hear your story and thankful that you have found a more natural course to command your own mind to proper action and function than the common, give em a pill directives of the docs trained like hamsters to give em a pill big pharma template.

I will be investigating your site and you products more toward my family member’s ultimate recovery from trauma received originally by a bump on the head.  A tree limb has caused the trouble.  Your insight has already made me more aware of her perspective when under anxiety.

Thank you for the courage to share this with us so candidly.  Chris.

      Hi,

I am happy to share the techniques I have seen results with in my personal journey, I agree sometimes we are aware that we have emotional blockages but do not know how to approach them and leave them for later. I usually tended to not be aware of them, and when I became aware I was not sure what to do to solve it. It took some time to find the solution to this important problem that would interfere with my personal and emotional relationships. I am happy to share!

      Thank you,
